I run it on Windows 7 sp 1, and the Fast Track is set for both my system Recording device and Playback device, so I should be able to hear system sounds through it as well.
Recently, it's gotten worse, and now it won't play sound at all, right from start-up. Frequently, when the computer display has turned off after I've been inactive for more than 10 minutes, the Fast Track with no longer be able to play sound, and I'd have to restart the system. I recently got a Fast Track Duo, and have been using it with Pro Tools Express.
